Well, nice to see how missed I am over here, 2 replies. (kidding, I think)  :-\

Walleyes, things are good over here in Saskabush, just gearing up for the upcoming bow season which starts on August 20th.  I built a cabin on the property that I rent out to hunters and she's starting to fill up. No big deal but it pays the property taxes.

How's the fishing been for you this summer? Have you been out on Athabaska? We never did get out after some lakers but, hey, I'm not dead yet. Again this summer I haven't been doing as much fishing as I would like to but hoping to get up around La Ronge. I want to give it a try jigging for lake trout when we get back from vacation. Been busier retired than I was..... leaning on the shovel for the City of Calgary! ...  :D

My wife and I have a trip planned to Alberta to visit the Grand kids, apparently they have something  planned for us too,  Panarama wherever the hell that is. That's where we are taking the little gippers! Our oldest grand daughter just had a birthday and thats here present from Grandma and Grand dad. Suppose to be a big amusement park and water slide there.

Anyhow, hello again and Walleyes let us know how your fishing season is going.

Fishing hasn't been too bad certainly didn't get out as much as I hoped to. I've been so busy lately, I've had 12 days off in total since the beginning of June and not in one block it's been 5 days here, 6 there so it's been tough to get out. The amount I did get out we did well and managed a couple good walleye feeds and a couple days out for Lakers but noting to big this year.
