A Cold or Flu take your pick

Well been a couple years since the Family have had the Flu but as we all know it sucks. Sucks bad. With that said as much as it sucks it's always been a couple bad days or less then good as new. The one thing that happens once or twice a year every year is a cold. Whole family has had one for a week straight and if anything like the usual it will hang on like a bad ex girlfriend with seemingly no end in sight. That tired and itch in your chest just never seems to go away. The kids don't sleep for more than 45 minutes at a time for nights on end. No way I feel bad enough to call into work, yet exhausted every day. At this point I'm thinkin the Flu aint so bad. Am I whinin? Yes. Do I care? No.

Best way to avoid either, although I have been fighting a cold the past week, is to stay away from public areas, especially where there are large crowds. But if you have young kids, like I do, they often bring it home from school.

I hate the both lol..
Doing better on them this year, just a bit of a cold early in the season and since then been fine.
The worst thing for colds and flush around the house is when the kids are young and going to school. They are exposed to way to much there and bring it home. When our boys were young it was a constant battle.
