I really did not find that funny.  I feel sorry for that poor man, he needs help.

There is a documentary about this guy called the Winnebago man.
It address the topic you brought up.
I don't think he is completely serious about this ranting, at one point he even laughs about it.
Anyways the video was for a laugh and I hope its not upsetting the masses.
