I have lived through the NEP.

Could the millennials who have recently found no job see what is happening to this province?  No job in Alberta? What the Hell?

During the NEP, a lot of easterners went back home to work for daddy et al.  Western buddy's who needed jobs, and begged for one back east were told to go to hell. We don't want you.  I lived through that horrible time.

NEP 2 has hit my family. And I am not very happy.

As Ralph said. Go Back EAST young man and take a couple of your buddies with you. That is all I have to say. And I don't care if I am kicked off this forum

I remember the NEP ,also remember 13.5% unemployment and 21% mortgage interest rate.

I was lucky as I got a construction job in the building of the Sawridge Inn in Jasper.

That was in 1981.

I also remember the Ceasar salad express.

I feel your pain and I'm sure others do to.

With both the provincial and federal governments sticking it to us here in Alberta something has to give soon.

And I swear to God that if the Groper gets elected again then I'm going full Separatist.

I already have my pins.
