So I answer the phone, it's a poll, I say ya, fine, go ahead, wife's watching survivor.
1st question, "What do you feel the most important issue facing, "Albertians", is today?
My response, "Albertian's? Where are you out of?"
Her, "Ottawa". Me, "Oh, that explains it, fine, repeat the question?"
Me, "Individual property rights".
Down the line, Q: blah blah blah, how do I think the prov. gov't is doing in charge of the Alberta economy?
Me, "Well, we have a tax and spend liberal with UN aspirations in charge of what's left of Canada's only true free market economy driven by fiercely independant lebertarians. That's not a good scenario for success and unfortunately, just like trudeau the true damage and bill won't be known until long after redford's just a bad memory." .................and so on.........
Usually I'm pretty good at deducing who's behind the poll. This one I'm not certain. At first I thought the prov. pc's, then I thought, wildrose? Nah, I don't think so. Fed. Conservative - convention coming up? No reason to care about redford. My guess, either the pc's figuring how much they can get away with before they're punted to the curb or the fed. libs choosing soundbites as a substitute for policy what with parliment resuming soon.
Oh well, beat watching survivor.
