Anyone familiar with Hinton area?
« on: November 12, 2017, 11:54:05 PM »
It's been awhile since I posted as a layoff this spring sent life into a tailspin that needed my full attention.
The good news is I have recently accepted a position in Hinton and relocated.
Although it may be a less desirable then initialy hoped for position it seems like a good bunch and i got to move to Hinton for some great hunting and fishing so that was pretty much what swayed my decision to take it.

So I know next fall will be phenomenal but between the new job, only seeing the wife for 30 mins a day while on shift and responsibilities that come along with getting settled and unpacked etc if I am lucky I may get one or two days to try and fill a deer tag this November so question is if anyone is from or familiar with the area which direction to head from town to best hedge my bets for whitetail?
Thanks guys

Good to hear you landed a new position Hammer and it's good to hear from you again.

Hope the new area treats you well.
