Hey took a picture of this bird in my back yard this summer, I can't see it anywhere in my Birds of Canada book. Can anyone identify it for me. Hope the picture shows ok, taken from I -phone.

It says it's a ground bird.

Thank you abv3, looked in my book again after reading your post and found it. I get a lot of birds here, but never seen these guys before.
