Can Man Truly Punish The Scum.

I pondering the situation with little Taliyah Marsman poor child. Can man truly punish a creature that would harm a child like this. I don't believe we could and still remain human ourselves. Once the trial is over, quite simply send him to the maker and let him decide. There has to be a death penalty instituted in this country for these types of crimes.

I honestly feel that on conviction he should be turned over to the family to be dealt with how they see fit. If someone did that to my daughter I would find a way to kill them even if I had to do it in the courtroom.

I am 100% in favor of the death penalty but I would like it to be slow and agonizing lasting weeks for p.o.s like this.
I know people who where very close to that sweet little girl and the collateral damage he inflicted on top of his crimes is just beyond words.

Executed yes. But I think a fast trial and fast end. Let the family move on sooner, and not have to live it over and over again.

 I personally believe that letting other inmates deal with the scum is a cop out .
Why should a person paying his debt to society be responsible for cleaning up the crap?
I think politicians lack the Testicular Fortitude to deal with this right at the court level.

 I've said this before and I get some strange looks , but I'm all for killing 2 birds with one stone.

Atleast a scum bag like this would have the last few moments if his life as terrifying as the child's that was murdered.   I'm sure a fundraiser for the helicopter ride would produce enough dollars that a few of the dirtbags could be dealt with.
