Neighbor has a polar bear rug that is a female 8 feet long, he had a 10 foot male that he sold. He said the male was shot with a 303 and survived and came back a year later and was killed. They found the bullet from a 303 in the bear. From the previous year that did not do the job. This rug was bleached and super white , the other one I saw was huge and had more of a yellow colour.

Not going to show my wife that picture, she has been bugging me for a black bear rug for a few years now. I have been after them, but waiting for the right one. If she seen these, I would need to fly north this year to get one. Beautiful rugs.

Good one Sonny, brings back memories for sure.

Grew up in northern Alberta we only had two radio stations for the most part, CFCW and CHED lol well that we listened to anyways.
