So who knew that in a place as rich, modern, advanced, and "forward" as Dubai...with all those big fancy sky scrapers and 7-star hotels, that they have ZERO sewer infrastructure?

People spend days in a line up to dump the crap trucks. What an awful job and waste of time, trucks and fuel. Unreal. With all the money they have they should build the infrastructure and have the best treatment facility in the world. Apparently not! LOL
