Here is a good site for those of us who do our own canning, whether it be meat, fish, fowl, garden produce, or fruit. It covers pretty much everything. Success should be excellent, if instructions are followed.

That is a great site. Second best thing about canning and camping is: Open jar, eat food, wash jar = no garbage to deal with.
Best thing is: No tasteless canned dogfood on the menu.
