When it dried up last June I thought we'd likely be in for a drought this summer........talk about being wrong.

I haven't been watching the weather other than locally, is it just generally wet all over AB?

Crowding 7 inches in just the last few weeks around home here. Pasture is all covered in water and my sump pump in my well has been pumping out 4 or 5 times a day. Water table in this are is deffinatly up.

Was just outside and the clouds here started to lift a bit and could get a look to the west. The Tay River hills have a light skiff of snow on the tips and Ram Mountain is solid white to below tree line.

a light skiff of snow

Funny you should mention that, here in the SE it's dense threatening low overcast with a very chilly, strong wind.  If it was October I'd think it was about to blizzard.
