It's summertime and the livin' is easy. Yesterday was the first local farmers market of the year. Last night's menu: BBQ'd ribs and fresh: baby potatoes covered in an entire head of garlic in a little olive oil roasted in tinfoil and baby carrots and peas covered in dill.
Tonight: steak, cauliflower and peppers with bernaise sauce and baby beets/greens.
................then walk 20 miles to work it off, haha.
Monday will start canning. No canned stew in our hunting camp.
