Garland got waled on last night at the Edmonton Max. He was found breathing, but unresponsive just around 9:00 p.m. Chances are this isn't the last beating that he will be on the ugly end of!!!

In a news statement his lawyer is blaming the corrections people for not protecting him, says he deserves protection. Sorry this piece of what ever he is lost all his rights that a human derserves when he committed murder. Throw him to the wolves and send him to the maker to decide his fate. His tenure on earth is over, he wasted it.

No doubt he killed the 2 adults and a kid, still takes it to trial with a not guilty plea. Shows no remorse. I'm glad the other justice system is working fine. One can only hope his constant looking over his back will drive him nuts. Too bad his lawyers will have him in segregation soon enough.

You know there are some people who don't believe in prison justice or even vigilante justice. I do believe in it for the simple fact that it is needed. Garland will get his in prison, this is just a start. Guys like Vader might get his after he is out of prison, but he will get it. The drunk Richard Suter who killed that boy on the restaurant patio in Edmonton got beaten and his thumb cut off while on bail.

The Canadian justice system is lame and criminals really do get away with murder. Look at Vince Lee or Travis Vader, Lee is already out. Vader will be out in a very few years. Sometimes a Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) is needed.

Last week my younger sister who is a pharmacist was robbed at gun point at her store in a small town in Alberta. Yes, with a gun stuck to her ribs by some druggy creep. The cops came 40 minutes later and were able to catch the guy due to tips by her staff and other towns folk who saw where the guy ran to. Well, sure enough he was released on bail already by the courts. Yes, for armed robbery! My sister does not feel safe. Well, that makes me feel a bit angry that this this loser would put a gun to my sister.

I know his name and basically where he lives, enough said. One day this guy may meet me for a chat.

I will Greylynx, thanks, spoke with her tonite. She is more pissed off than anything. This is not the first time she has been robbed, but the first time at gunpoint.
It was just a year ago almost exactly to the date that she was robbed at the pharmacy counter last time. This guy was caught and is in jail now.

I will post the article on this robbery when they have it up. These druggy thieves are real dummies and don't even realize the counter measures that are in place for them. He got away with some dummy drugs and a gps tracker pill bottle....lol. Well he didn't get away!

I worked in a correctional centre for 16 years and I can tell you when the doors close behind you it is a very different world. He and his kind will never imagine the horror they are about to face. He will eat things in his food he could not imagine. The other inmates will make him pay for everything , the right to shower, excercise , everything he gets,he will pay for in one way or another. He will now become a victim to a level he could never have dreamed of. How long he can endure it only he will decide. The choices we make in life can be take to a place we would never want to be. God will have mercy on him , his new friends will not. Then again maybe he will get married and settle down. Sorry jailhouse humor.

I think it's the drugs that screw people up and they will do everything and anything to get some.

Axeman , I hope your sister is ok and doing fine . In a critical situation it is always good to remember , you can always get another job but you can't get another life. Always be aware of your enviorment and use some or all of the 7 tactical principles. 1 take cover 2threat cues. 3 time distance ratio. 4 1plus 1 (anther threat or second weapon) 5verbalization 6de escalation 7 win mentality. Hope this helps her be more in control of her enviorment. No perfect answers but a good mind set.

Hope your sister will be ok Axe. Dark alley justice, then they can have him. Glad to hear that prison is hell, never even stepped foot in one so I have no clue, but hope it's hard time for those that do. I care more about people like Axe's sister, and how she will be then the pile of crap that has to live there.

God will not have mercy on this mans soul. Although what he committed is not unforgivable by God he better be truthful if he asked for it. If he doesn't trust me God will not have mercy on him. There is no treatment this man will see on earth that will come close to matching what is in store for him. Christ quoted that it would be better a man not even born if they are to harm but one hair on a child. God is going to take vengeance on many a human in due time.

Agree grey, that's what I like about this place. We can express our self's and no one shuts it down. And I have not seen any one pissed off at each other and call each other names. Mature adults with common sense and respect. I don't hit church much but do believe in the Lord. I give thanks for a lot of things in my life and like walleyes I believe these people will answer to him one day, and it will be worst than anything man kind will do.

I am always amazed how people with the same hobbies and interest find out how much more they have in common. We see the value in things others don't and probably has a lot to do with how our parents raised us. This is why I enjoy this forum, the most gratifying things I see are the faces of the children and think how someday they will be teaching their children the things that are valuable in life. My parents had a farm and I drove a tractor and combine by the time I was 14, no cabs or air conditioning back then. At the time I hated it and now I wish I had a farm of my own. How wise our parents were and hopefully our children will benefit from our knowledge, that is what keeps them out of trouble and on the road to happiness and prosperity. That does not happen now when people do not take the time to be with their kids and grandchildren.
