This is a good thread and Mr. Axeman thats real funny......lol.
The traffic numbers are increasing to my site as a result of this site. The google report I see is showing a gradual increase. There was a small spike at Christmas time.

I don't think we will ever get away from that between the two sites, there is always going to be some animosity. I hate to see it get to carried away but hey they made their bed they can sleep in it. You treat people like the way they do just as a marketing tool to further their own pockets and you control their train of thought some will pick up on it others,, not so bright !!

I think the big thing this site has is objectivity.

That makes dealing with everyone the same a great deal easier. No conflict of interest issues. A lot less ego issues and certainly no prized ponies.

I was one of the guys they likely rant about over there, and I know how they treated some folks that are on here that I call friends. I certainly do not miss the chippy and condescending nature of that forum.

I do find it funny that all of the "Banned Camp" folks here are able to get along so peacefully - considering we were the problem over there!

If we had 200 posts a day here it would turn into the same thing, nothing wrong with that keeps it interesting. I for one enjoy the general discussion the more topics the better keeps me coming back every day. Like most people I only have time to hunt 2 weeks a year, maybe fish 5 times so it leaves a lot of other things to talk about. One thing I noticed about the other forum if your not a 1000+ poster you are not part of the click so your ignored for the most part.

x 2 IVe said that for a long time now . I wont even post pictures on the other forums anymore just to much Bullshit and people critiquing every single thing . Ive been known to do the same but only when something is fake . The other thing I like is that I dont think any member here would slam you like a POS for doing the right thing in reporting a poacher , etc , etc .

Actually it was two in 2 days diffrent people , then the moron removes the videos from his Youtube , but I had saved them to my computer and forwarded them on to the area fish and wildlife officer , and he says as long as they can track down his Name via Youtube or IP address they will be laying charges in both cases . And Yes I got Shat on pretty good , guys telling me I should mentor someone well , pretty hard to mentor someone who breaks the law , and ignores a huge sign stateing no fishing among other things .

Fishing and our furture fisheries is something im very pationate about . I have shown lots of people little tricks I know to giving my advise on good set ups which ever , I guess if that makes me a bad guy Ill be the bad guy .
