This site looks good and seems a lot more friendly. Found some of the guys on here that I used to enjoy reading their posts on ao.  Kinda glad not to see some of the constant posters on ao such as the record holder for the largest snow goose.

Anyhow, thats an awesome buck you got there and I'm sure you will do just fine in the hunting dep't. Have you done any ice fishing over the winter, how did you make out?

There are about 5 message boards that I go to from time to time.  (I am presently on a "time out" from one so have been on the others more often) The "other site" is one of them.  There are some problem children over there and some I just ignore.  I have had some trouble with one of the mods but he is no longer a mod there.

The first couple times I visited this site I thought it was a "ban camp" and was mostly about ranting over the "other site".  I see that is only an occasional flare up and this site does have some good discussions on it.

Thanks Tuc and Nube.  Tuc i have never done much ice fishing althogh when i have gone it was a blast and you are right i don't stir the pot i call it how i see it and by no means do i know everything or think i do.  I don't know what there deal is but if they keep on the path they are going pretty soon more and more guys will get fed up and come over here.  It is very stress free for me over here and i like it lol.  Nube the big guy grosses 197 2/8 and the other one grosses in the 160' to high 150' range.  JustinC has seen both in person.
