Well,, all the hooks are re-tied and sharpened, flashers are all shined up and swivels lubed. Oils are all changed in the motors, new tires on the boat trailer and everything is loaded including the freezer. Just waiting for momma to have her shower and get ready then it's off to the west coast for 11 days. Back to Sooke this year. Big flood tides should be coming in in about 5 days so fishing should pick up. It's been a bit spotty there the last while but hopefully we get into a few nice Chinook. They opened Sockeye this past week so it sure would be nice to get into a few of them.
Hopefully I have the time to keep you guys all up to date if not I will have some pics and a report in a couple weeks.
