Hello guys,

I lived in Calgary and Edmonton most of my young life but have been in BC for 5 years. I still have many friends and family in Alberta and love visiting them whenever I can.

Anyway, I discovered crabbing last year and it has been awesome.

Welcome to the board,, good to have guys from around the country on here.

I enjoy heading out the the island myself and do it as often as I can. I usually chase the salmon but always find time to drop a couple crab traps and prawn traps as well. We have done Camble River in April a couple times for prawning and it's been insane to say the least.

I believe it is against the TOS to type TOS.  But send me some fresh crab and I can smooth it over for you.

I lived on Van. Island in Ladysmith for a time and have often spent time on the Island but spent much more time chasing salmon and ground fish than crabs.
