. for your pictures .. start a account on photobucket's and place your pictures there .. then on right hand side of photobucket's when you look at you picture pick the 4 tab down and hit it with mouse it will copy then paste in you message
at bottom of message it will allow you to go to your picture on your computer and then post 1 or more pictures as attachments I will show you 2 here is one from photobucket
then one as a attachment
