I am back!!

As this is my first access to a computer, I am back after a total disruption of my life!!!  My back gave out on me April 3, after which I was flown to Edmonton Royal Alex where I was operated on, however, not without complications.  I am now in hospital in Wainwright, in a bed, a paraplegic, trying with the help of physio to walk again.  My back does not want to support my body as it used to. thus causing me the grief.

Good to hear from you Rick. Been wondering where you been. Tough news about your back man I hope all goes well and you recover soon partner. How long you figure until your able to get up and around.

 I am totally sympathetic  , I hope surgeries are going
  to be the thing that works . I have similar problem
  diagnosed non operable due to the extent of the arthritis

Probably when I get my wheelchair ticket!!!!  I am working hard on it.

Well wishes unclebuck, broke my back and pelvis a few years ago,  they flew me in from up north also. So I know a bit what your going through, keep positive  it's amazing how they can help you get back on your feet again. It's you mind that will get you if you let it, don't know how old you are but I am in my later 50's and I am walking the trails again so even us older guys can overcome this stuff.

Broke a vertebrae in August 2015 during a fall. 

Thank God no splinters went into the spinal chord.

I continue to recover.

I wish you the best Oncle Buck.

And listen to your physiotherapist no matter how painful things become.
