Judges Are The Problem!
« on: July 23, 2019, 06:01:02 PM »
Here is a perfect example of what is wrong with Canada's Justice System.
It is high time the people of this country hold the judges accountable and that starts with a government that is not hug-a-thug friendly.
The latest murders in northern BC got me thinking and then I read this which really cemented my thoughts on the useless almost criminal Canadian judges.

I will name this Judge as he has proven his complete incompetence.
Justice Robert Graesser

Remember that waste of skin called Laylin Delorme that murdered the 2 two Mac’s store clerks with a gun in Edmonton in 2015.
In June, a jury found Delorme guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of robbery with a firearm.

The Crown wanted the sentence of X2 mandatory sentences of life with no chance of parole for 25 years to be served consecutively.

"In a sentencing hearing, the Crown asked the judge to force Delorme to serve the two murder sentences back to back, which would mean he could not apply for parole for 50 years.
Justice Robert Graesser said consecutive sentences would remove any motivation for Delorme to rehabilitate so he rejected the Crown’s request.
Delorme was ordered to serve all his sentences concurrently, which means he is eligible to apply for parole in 25 years."

Okay, so this hug-a-thug Judge thinks that this waste of skin piece of shit will rehabilitate somehow and will have motivation to do so.  What a joke.
So fast forward to this week.  Delorme is on his track to rehabilitation all right....right Judge!  NOT!  He is attempting murder again like the piece of shit he is.
