Karma is disabled because of childish behavior.

All I will say is you know who you are, and so do I. Shame on you.

Why nube? Ya want to tar and feather him too?

I didn't even know what Karma was before I signed up here. After I learned I saw the potenial for abuse, and it came true.

Its gone..........Thank God............ forget about it.

And no it was not me. Lets just move on.

Ya know I thought it was a joke myself beteen Geezle and BBJ to see how low they could get negative Karma. And doing it to each other. Just a thought.

Because I got hit there for a while as well and would like to know why?  Fair enough.  If the dicks where visable it would make things a little nicer around here wouldn't you think?  The guys causing the problems would tar and feather themselves

I agree Nube. We are all adults here. Show the bad apples, make them stand up for their actions. The Karma thing was kinda cool. Probably members that show as hidden anyways. How does that work too? They wanna be members but dont want anyone to see their fake online name? If people couldnt hide behind things and had to stand behind their actions pretty much all of the childish crap would come to an end.

There's no justice like angry mob justice!

Though from the sounds of what Chris said the perpetrator's been punted from the forum now anyway, so the issue is pretty much done.

No one has been punted, but with karma disabled, obviously hammering peoples karma is no longer an option. Being able to vote on karma once an hour someone would have to put forth some committed effort to make big swings in short periods of time.  All we want here is an unbiased voice for everyone, and respect for a civil exchange of information and opinions.  I feel our members like what we have here and agree.  If there are distractions or things taking away from that atmosphere its going to be taken care of.  We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable to post on any topic and start new threads.

I was on one board where you could give someone Karma (they called it Rep) but then you had to give 10 others Karma before you could hit the first one again.
Also, say you had -10 and you suspected someone of negging you all you had to do was to put that person on "ignore" and if your rep went to -9 then you know you found the evil do'er.. >:(
Just sayin'.. ;)

i dont understand why some people do what they do.  a coulpe guys had negative numbers that made no sense.....obviously someone with too much time on thier hands.  of course the other way, i thought a couple had positive numbers way out of whack.  i know they are decent guys, but how could the karma number be higher than the post count?  i second the motion for a "like" feature on some posts.
opinions are like sphincters......everyone has one, and they all stink!

If member A has only one post, but 10 people gave him good karma. Karma = 10  Posts = 1

Nube all Karma values were reset due to residual issues from the old system.

To many boys that claim to be men and make others look like shit . Funny thing is the mods know who these guys are . More then likely same guys as before . Love the quote Tuc .
