Land prices In Ontario.
« on: January 20, 2013, 04:00:08 PM »
I don't know how many people on here follow land prices on here but I am a bit of a real estate buff if you will. Always on the look out for a deal south of the border and north. Lately I have been researching Ontario and man,, there are some good buys on raw land out there. I am not only talking about just the out of the wy places either. There are some sweet buys in close to major area's. like 100 - 160 acre plots in the 20g - 50g range. I am serously going to be looking at setting up a place out there. Some of the best fishing in the world out there, would be nice to have a retirement/vacation spot out there. Just not sure how I would get along wiht some of those Eastern folk, lol..

Nice.  I did the same thing here in Alberta for a little hunting spot.  One of the best investments I made, I love hanging out with my family at the property.  Had it 5 years now and we have harvested a few good bucks off it, built a nice insulated, elevated ground blind that sure kept the cold away last November.

I know one that you should not have an issue with here in Ontario.
If I can help you with any info about property near my area, give me an email.
