looking to purchase a gps tracking collar for my hound dog

I have a Blue Tick Coon Hound and I am scared to loose him in the bush.  I am looking to hear from anyone who knows anything about gps tracking collars for dogs.  I`ve already lost one hound to the highway after he took off after a deer, so I`d really like to keep this one safe.

Not sure if anyone had one used but Cabelas and Bass Pro carry quite a few different models of dog GPS units lj
