Just got home from Airdrie and we had a wonderful Christmas with the kids and grandkids.
 So many laughs and chuckles.
 I am one lucky guy and feel blessed.

I made it home for the second year in a row which is a small miracle in itself.
But to top it off Santa was very good to me.

Yes sorry everyone it's been busy around here as well.

The kids made it down and spent 3 days with us it was a blast. Had a great Christmas.

But Merry Christmas to everyone and their families.

Got a couple nice toys this year again. Got a trap,puller for the boat, a really nice Gortex rain suit and a gorgeous Demascus blade knife for the collection.

I'm not sure if I extended any wishes on here previously but I am now !
It was quite the famillial event ...we gave thanks for our health and blessings ...
I find the grand kids to be quite entertaining.

 One dour note.    Woof Woof ( as Grey calls him ) passed just prior to Christmas .
  It broke my heart ...he had rather extreme Dimentia ...he was 13 yrs ..
   My 11 th pointer ....I'm taking a break from puppy love .

    So Merry and Happy everything to everyone .

Marry Christmas to all. Lots of family and friends around so it was very good. Although my grand daughter is only 4 months old, it is our first so the Christmas spirit has been re-flamed in me again. Wish the best for you and yours in 2019.

W101.  I would like to send my condolences on the passing of Woof Woof.
Woof Woof was a family member of yours, and I  understand your grief.
I do know for a fact paraphrasing from the late Archbishop McNeill that all dogs do go to heaven waiting for their master's arrival. Personally, I have no idea how you are going to deal with all those Griff's when you arrive in heaven. I will pray that on your passing that Woof Woof and his brothers will have a new Vatican Special Perazzi with unlimited ammo for you.

 Thanks Grey...He hadn't been doing well for the last year or so .
  That CCD is very puzzling just like Dimentia in humans .
   We just try to remember the good times , the best hunts .
    I'll try for some pics but I just have trouble on here .

           Sorry about your loss W101.  It's tough enough to lose a a good dog you don't hunt with, losing one you work with out in the field and have put the extra time into must be hard.
