RIP to the fallen officers. Bad timing, fuel to the RCMPs agenda to take everyones guns away, no winners when stuff like this happens.

This recent RCMP shooting will reignite the debate on who should own guns. I have a feeling if the Liberals get back in power they will try and take away our firearms. As far as they're concerned the only people who should own them are cops and the army. If this Justin Bourque was a registered firearms owner it will only strengthen their case.
It will be interesting to see what comes out of this one after the dust has settled.

Read an article just last week that stated and gave examples of virtually every mass murderer in the last twenty years.  Almost every single one either was on phsycotropic (sp?) drugs or had recently been on them.

Sonny's cartoon surmises the situation.  Guns have nothing to do with it.

See the photo of the killer?  Guy is dressed like Rambo in the movie, right down to carrying a crossbow.

Reminded me of that wacko in CO who thought he was the Joker of Batman fame.

I agree with Bruce on the drug thing.  I had read that same article about the psychoactive drug being the common denominator in these mass killings and immediately thought, here is another drugged up psycho when I heard about this guy.

Horrible news for sure.  :(
I think I see a rip in the social fabric, Brother can you spare some ammo?

They keep saying they have him contained but I think he slipped through the cracks and they know he may have slipped through the cracks and they are pretty worried about it.
