My buddy hit a moose last night the poor bugger, pretty much wrote his truck off. Moose didn't fare well either right under the wheels.

Ouch!!!! That reminds of when the oil & gas boom hit the GC and GP area. That first year on hwy 40 North of Grande Cache there seemed to be a road kill moose every km. The next year a lot of the oil patch trucks had the big custom bumpers on there rigs.

Four fresh moose, 6 or 8 deer and one bear road kills along Hwy 63 south of Ft. Mac when I came to the rig today.
