mosqitos.....brutal!!
« on: May 17, 2011, 09:59:40 AM »
Was out last night doing some yard work and like someone turned on a switch the little buggers were everywhere!! I have twin boys almost 3yrs old, the one has no issues the bugs don't bother him, but the other gets so many bites even with spray and they welt up and really bother the poor little guy.

Any one have any secret remedies for relief from mosqito bites?

Them citronella torches work good . In fact gonna pick a few up for the fishing spot because them suckers are huge damn near need landing lights .

There are little orange flowers a guy can plant to and keeps them away . Grandpa always did this and we would sit in the back yard no issues except for the odd one .

I just dropped about $15 on bug spray...the last couple days cleaned out all of last year's supply!

As for the little guy, go get one of those After Bite pens.  They take the itch out of the bite :)
Just puttin' it out there...
