New Guy
« on: September 14, 2014, 03:10:08 PM »
Hello all, been in Alberta now coming on 16 years. As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces we found ourselves living in Edmonton, Wainwright, Irma and Fort Saskatchewan. Retired now after a 20+ career we now reside in Fort McMurray.
Been hunting since I was 13 and a Dad of Twin Boys, have had them in the bush from the time they could walk. My one boy has been quite successful with his 4 wall hangers all being 5x5 and ranging from 143 - 167. He was lucky enough to draw a moose tag this year in 507, an elk and mulie in 232 so we are gonna do some travelling.
Wishing everyone the very best of luck this hunting season and who knows, we cross each others path. Be sure to wave or stop and have a chat.

Welcome Dan.  :)

I have a fair bit of experience in WMU 507 and know the zone very well.  If you want, pm me and I can share some info on moose there.
I think I see a rip in the social fabric, Brother can you spare some ammo?
