« on: January 23, 2016, 06:47:33 AM »
Just signed up. Lurked over at the other one for a long time. Posted a few but did not like the judgement all the time so mostly just looked. 55 year old long time student of hunting and guns.(big lever guy) I have questions, I have answers, and at times a few comments. Like what I see and hope to be a bit more active here.

I like your avatar lever,, quite the collection ? I am sure it's an ever revolving thing but it would be nice to see a full pic of it.

Hey LeverAction welcome to the forum.. :)

I only have one lever action rifle and it's a Marlin 1895 .45-70 and I love it..

Lots of folks say the "Remlins" are crap and I'm sure they were between 2007 and 2012..

I'm not sure when Mine was made.newer I'm thinking but I tell ya..The rifle is flawless and shoots great.

Yes it's open for inspection and Hell I'll even let the doubters shoot it.. ;)

Hey sonny, thanks. I have 2 JM Marlins, a 444 and a 45-70. Both from the early 70's. Nice guns, but I also have a 45-70 Remlin guide gun I bought last year. I'm very happy with it. Shoots well and I'm happy with the fit to finnish. The same as my new Miroku Winchesters, vs my older Winchesters, the Japan made guns are done well. When I learn to do pictures on here I'll do as Walleyes said, and I'll get a few picts up in the gun section. Please note though as much as I'm a lever nut, there's  not a gun made I don't like, so feel free to show me your others. Also love hunting pictures :)
