Wow lots of new sign ups today, lost of familiar names from other sites, It’s good to see. Don’t be afraid to join in on the conversations people. You will all take notice we don’t much regulate the topics or conversations here we let the chips fall where they may. About the only thing that’s not aloud is personal attacks.

If you hang on both sites, you know you can't speak politics there. Many want to discuss this big election and it was mentioned that this outdoor site allows it. Should make for some good reading and discussions.

  place to go ....?????

So if we have that many new members, maybe we should have a welcome

“0” tolerance at the “other” forum. Mention politics and the tread is deleted along with your account. It seems many of our comrades would like to express an opinion about the next election. It was mentioned that we are adults here and an opinion is allowed - how novel of an idea.

This site was mentioned as place to check out.

Now why would Mister Miskowsky want to send people to this little site when he makes BIG MONEY from his government publications?

I have yet to see the DETAILED financial statements of the printing costs for the Alberta Hunting and Fishing Regulations. And I have done a lot of sniffing around on the internet looking for these books.

Also, I am curious about how much money is funneled into the tax payer funded Printing operation from the guiding industry.

I am banned from Mister Miskowsky's forum for asking questions and making comments relating the NDP party.

Perhaps it is the time for Alberta Outdoorsman types to start asking for an efficiency audit of the "other" forum from their current UCP candidates.

I'm thinking that maybe they deleted all old dormant accounts. 8)

Hello Molly I liked your thread on dogs and ice.  It is a good reminder for us all

Thanks, Artie! I almost didn't this year, but after seeing a story on the news showing a mother with her toddler and unleashed dog strolling on the ice along the Bow, I thought I better keep honoring our little Bean's memory. I have had a great response on a couple of Facebook dog groups this year...  :)
