Folks i am helping a buddy with his dads estate there are a lot of guns some modern stuff and a load of war era items some of it unfired. Mausers, Garands, Enfields most are complete and have the bayonets. There is 11 Luger pistols. Shotguns rifles etc. Most the modern stuff is high end with high end optics, Schmidt and Bender, Zeiss, Nightforce, some hunting, some heavy barrel target, Weatherby, Husquavarna, Kimber, Remington. There is also a ridiculous amount of reloading gear. This man looked after his collection, a lot of the stuff was never fired.
We will be holding a private viewing and sale on this collection, those that are interested in attending are welcome. If there is any interest let me know and we are making a list of attendees. Here a few photos this is by no means complete on what's there.

I'm drooling over here especially over those P08 Lugers and that Jap pistol.
To bad I'm no longer collecting those nice Suncor paychecks.

OK so took stuff to P&D not happy with Dianes numbers totally lowball, $500 a piece, won't put them on consignment for us, not really working out. There's a KS custom there that he paid $4500 for plus theres a schmidt and bender scope on it ffs. So I may start to piece this stuff out 1 by 1. Who wants to make an offer on the M1 Sniper or give me a rough value what I should ask?

Paul:
May I suggest that you contact Bob Prestash on how he would move the inventory that you are currently trying to sell.
Bob is now working for jebus so to speak, but he is honest and could compile some form of a business plan for your inventory disposal.
I can guarantee that there are vultures waiting to pick up that inventory at next to nothing. They are just waiting. I hope you are not going to follow that route. It might take time to sell those guns. In my opinion, the Edmonton area is not the area for marketing such high quality artistic engineering.
Red Deer south to the border is your marketplace. Get some Americans on the scene buying against that 75 cent Canadian peso.

Maybe Prophet River? I have had good dealings with them. But have to agree with grey, state side has tons of guys wanting that stuff and they have the money. Alberta is a bit cautious money wise right now I think. I love the collection but setting up my retirement property has taken my “ mad money” away for a bit.
