Province wide Fire Ban

CFRN news reported a province wide fire ban tonight. No open fires this long week-end campers.

Thank god . But you and I both know that some asshole will still go out of his way just because he thinks hes better then you or I and end up causing more burning forest .

I will be reporting anyone I see with a fire.   I just went and bought patio heater for the deck at the trailer to keep warm

Looks like there were a few that either didn't know or broke the rules anyhow.  But by and large the fire ban was respected it appears.

As of today, the Calgary area ban has been lifted.
