Question about moving from AB to BC and hunting license

I was wondering if anyone new if the Alberta hunting Education course would suffice when moving to BC to Get a license so you dont have to take the CORE course. I heard one person say it would and emailed fish and wildlife but I know a few people here have relocated and might be able to awnser.

When I hunted in BC they recognized my Alberta WIN card as sufficient evidence that I was eligible to purchase a hunting licence.
