Great pictures Relic... what are you using for a camera?

Dace - "Foothills in January" is a postcard. Do you mind if I use it for a screen saver?

Cheers, Mike

haha. Actually, I used my blackberry for most of them. It has a 5 megapixel lens and can actually shoot HD pictures. The victoria and upper K pictures were shot with a really nice cannon pocket camera. It takes some really good pictures. I will post a couple AMAZING pictures that my girlfriend took with it when we were hiking and fishing around the upper K. These pictures turned out so well that people actually asked us for large copies to frame and display in their houses.

Thanks for the compliments bull

Hopefully this monday we can get some more pictures of the interior of my boat with fish in it hey Relic. That trip wasn't to bad but the bite could have been a bit better.

Some really nice pics are showing up on here!

Here are a few more.

Pic one is a closeup of a dragonfly while I was fishing on Lake Winnebigoshish in Minnesota for the AIM Championship last September.  Lots of these big colorful dragonfly's were landing evertwhere.

2- a frozen street lamp in Bonnyville a few days after the hotel fire.  All of the mist formed on the lamps mixed with the cold outdoor temperatures and the heat of the fire, and created these icicles.

3- a Robin in a tree in my backyard.  They would not stay still for long, and I only got one good picture shot through the kitchen window.

lastly, my buddy Dave with a laker on Cold Lake.  I have tons of awesome pics of Dave holding fish, but not too many of me, bacause Dave is not too great with my camera.  You guys will get to see him holding some awesome fish as I am the one that always takes the pictures.

The definition is really good. I can't believe that it's a Blackberry! I have the new Torch which has the 5 megapixel (I think) and the pictures I have taken are nowhere near the quality of yours... not even close. Maybe too much caffeine? Cheers, Mike

Well really they'd be for variety.  I've got a cockroach colony that keeps all the lizards fed already, so the snake is the only one I *need* to buy food for, but I'll still give the lizards different types of worms on occasion for variety.  The water dragon LOVES jumbo dew worms...she slurps them down like spaghetti!

These are a few of my favourite pics.  My wife likes to do self portraits with my camera and yes, that is a big smile on my face with the water coming over the front of my quad.  My wife still thinks I am an idiot LOL (she's known for years).  Anyway, love the photos in this thread, some great ones here.
