Dace, you really have some nice pics!  We have some awesome pics up on here, keep them coming!

The black and white picture is the old hotel in Bonnyville, after the fire this past winter.  I chose the black and white because makes all the ice from fighting the fire look eerie and ghost like.  Unfortunately, there was a worker on a crew that lost his life in that fire.

Picture two is a silhouette in the evening with my friend Tony holding a big walleye from Last Mountain Lake in Saskatchewan.

I catch a few crawfish a year while fishing in Saskatchewan each summer.  Usually I will let them walk around on the boat floor for a bit and take pictures of them before tossing them back in the lake.  They are really good to take pictures of because they move well, but not too fast that you can't set up and take good pictures of them.

And last, a lynx on the side of a winter road during hunting season.  This was taken in the area south of Mitsue off of Hwy 2.

I honestly don't know what that mess is all about.  That bone was the only one in the pile though, so it kind of seems like it doesn't belong, but I don't know enough about the predators we have around here, and the messes they can make.

Chris - great pics!  I grew up on Last Mountain Lake, and my dad still lives out there.  Man I miss that place sometimes...
Just puttin' it out there...

Ya, I can do that, no problem.

I love Last Mountain, it's my favorite walleye lake by a long shot!

It's a Canon 20D Digital SLR.  I have two lenses, a 18-55 and a 75-300, but I can't remember the f stops.  It is getting time to upgrade, and I think I will get a EOS 7D over the winter.

Good choice of upgrade and not just because that's what I use ;)
