RIP my Friend

Today I get a reminder how vulnerable life really is........
A dear neighbour and friend passed away today at the tender age of 49. Jim had been diagnosed with lung cancer about a year and a half ago, today the dreadfull disease took him away from his family and this life. He is survived by his young wife 40, Daughters 16 and 7, and son 12 years old. Jim (and family) my next door neighbour befriended me when I moved here to the cabin 3 years ago. Jim was always helpfull offering his advice and lending a hand whenever I needed it. He allowed me to hunt on his land where I bagged deer and moose. Today my heart is filled with saddest for his young family whom he left much too early in life. My faith is strong but life is hard too figure out sometimes and why things happen much too early in ones life, there by effecting his loved ones. I pray Jim is at peace now, no more suffering and I also pray that our Heavenly Father will comfort his family in their time of grief.
Rest in peace my dear friend, you will surely be missed by many....

Life is tough sometimes.. I am sure this goes without saying Tuc but that family will be needing help it's now your turn to repay your friend for his good heart. I am a believer in all things happen for a reason,, some times we don't know now but in time all things work out. Maybe you were put in this place because someone knew this man would be passing on and that family would need a hand..
Sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to the family, be strong for them and remind them no one is ever alone they have a father in The Lord he will provide for them.

Condolences to you and the family of you friend. There are no words that can help in these situations but memories of days past will always bring a smile to your face.
