Rocky Rod and Gun Club members????

Any members out there?? We need all local rocky members to be at the next meeting!! We are going to lose the range to an outside organization and end up shut down just like the Olds range!!! Get out and support keeping the Range held by our local executive!!

The next meeting has not been anounced yet but it should be in the next 30 days or so. I will keep everybody posted.

I was a member of the shooting club for many years.  It is one of the very best ranges I have ever been to.

When the fee went to $100.00 a few years back I debated if it was worth it to me or not and didn't renew.  I have since gotten tired of trying to rig up a shooting table I could use on crown land and find a good safe place to shoot.  I was thinking of joining the club again.

Not sure now if I should get involved with this or sit back and wait for the smoke to clear.

Maybe it is time for the Rocky Fish & Game Association (to which I belong) to pursue setting up their own shooting range.
