Sask Draws

For any of you guys looking to put in for non-resident WT, the draws will be delayed this year on account of the new HAL licensing system. Guys over here are a little choked because many put in for their vacation this time of year and it's buggering them up.

Thanks for that Tuc.  I had gone to the sask site to apply for a canadian res. white-tail deer licence a while ago and all it said was there was a delay.

I have now got my HAL number.
