Scouting Trip

  Road up a pass for a couple of days looking for elk didn’t see much for elk sign but we did not make it all the way to my destination either.  It rained buckets and the small river was turning into a big river fast so had to call it sort.  This was a low traffic area not a single boot print but lots of Grizz prints headed back out next days off to make it further in.

Great pics Jimmy and it makes me feel blessed to have the rockies in my backyard. :)

Now this rain can stop at any time !!!! We have enough of those back country horse trails washed out from last year that are still not fully cleared out yet.
