got to be some snow reports out there, I'll try posting my first photo here, crazy to hear school closed tomorrow on last day of September

Only got a couple cm in Hinton but I heard southern Alberta and Montana got hit hard.

went with CST ANCLA , decent price, need chains this morning, lucky not going anywhere today, nothing moving

Do you fellows still have cattle pasturing down your way? The reason I ask is that our cattle up north always have some bush to hide in and stay still till the bail truck arrives.
But down your way things are kind of bare. Just wondering.

Yes, and they have several fence posts to hide behind.

lots of wind fences and brush in our area (south of Calgary) the bigger concern is the majority of crops still standing in the fields or swathed waiting to dry, may end up being a lot of feed for cattle if we don't get some kind of Indian Summer yet

Same here in north central Alberta. Have to cut some hay and those waterfowl are sure getting fat on that unharvested grain.
