spray can boxliner material
« on: July 09, 2011, 04:27:14 PM »
I have some chips and rust on my holiday trailer on the hitch and frame. I heard some guys sand it out and then coat the whole thing with that spray in box liner you can get in the cans from Canadian Tire. Anyone ever used this stuff? Does it last? And what brand is the best? They have this stuff there

I tried some years ago on a flat deck trailer, did the fenders on it as the paint was always chipping off then rusting. It seemed to fade quite fast as starting peeling pretty quick, but again, that was a long time ago and perhaps I didn't prep it correctly and it could have been an inferior product. No idea what brand I used. Sorry, probably didn't help you out much with that.

Theres some stuff called Rino liner and you use a roller to apply it its way better then that spray stuff , the spray stuff seem to just peel off .
