What a  beauty, I think it’s is a Winchester 1886, not sure of the year of the young lady but she’s not bad neither. Always good when women send pictures of their gun before a guys commits to much.

I think that Walleyes has the answer.  It is likely the file size that is giving grief.  Be aware of the restrictions: 4 per post, maximum total size 6000KB, maximum individual size 2000KB
Many pics from a cell phone or camera are natively above the 2000KB size.
I use a free app called "Irfanview" to resize them before posting.  Just google and download it.
If you resize to 1920x1080 and save as jpg with has compression, most pics will be much below that size limit.
You also have the option of using an image link and a picture hosting site like Imgur.

My problem is using my phone forsure I’m thinking. I will try this ifranview app. It might help me out more.

Hi everyone,
I'm an avid hunter in Alberta and I just signed up on here. I have been on AO for years but I refuse to post on there because of the holier than thou you know whats. What I can't believe is that today is the first day EVER that I have seen this forum on the Internet. (And I'm on the computer daily). Maybe you need to find a way to get your website out there more? Sorry I don't post a whole lot (more of a lurker) but maybe this forum will change that!! I recognize some of your names from AO! Can't wait for my moose trip again!!!!

Welcome aboard altaguy. You’ll like this place, we don’t pass a lot of judgement here it’s pretty wide open. All we ask is no personal attacks on other members other than that you reap what you sow here.

We love moose hunts here and love the pics. Personally we aren’t going moose hunting this year doing an Elk thing this year if it all works out.

Welcome altaguy, it a good place. I think you’ll post more here as we are a pretty open minded group on most things. We do tend to show our Alberta pride at times,( ok lots  ;D) but we don’t belittle other opinions. Hope to hear stories, and see pictures of your moose hunts.

Hi Altaguy I got banned from the other forum.   :D

Called them a few things after they banned a bunch of like minded guys that weren't drinking the majority thought kool-aid there.

This one is much better, no judgemental and snowflaky (is that a word?) souls here.

I will support the site as well.

While growing up on a farm around guns only got to go hunting a couple times and of course didn't see anything, so not a lot of hunting experience.  Did some shooting though.

Just got into hunting with my son a few years ago and am not afraid to ask questions here as usually don't get a smart ass or ignorant comment.  I won't be afraid to share experiences on here.

Seems like a no BS crowd.

This had the potential to be something...but the ball was dropped very early on.

Not just dropped, but ran over and shoved down the gutter.

I’m not gonna go look but I bet I still have the message from Rick encouraging me to lay a verbal bearing on an idiot. I said it then that if this group is gonna succeed that shit like that isn’t the way to do it.

Not only allowing that garbage but egging it on gave this place the nickname of the Jerry Springer forum and a lot of good guys sick if AO were even more disgusted by this.

Funny, I was just talking to someone about this forum today wondering if it still existed. 🤣🤣🤣

Guess I looked just in time.
opinions are like sphincters......everyone has one, and they all stink!

Speaking of idiots.  One just got banned.  We don't want nor need your type on here, and we ban very very few.
Your history speaks for itself on several forums.
I think I see a rip in the social fabric, Brother can you spare some ammo?
