 Very awsome.
Hope you get her out a bunch.
You could litterly spend the whole weekend on the water in that unit.
If you were a r.c.m.p member involved with high river you are a disgrace to the uniform and a traitor to the citizens of this country.

Thx hammer.

Yes for sure you can camp on it and plan to. It’s got a built in ice box, fresh water tank under press, head and can sleep 3 if wanted but I took out the back cushions and made a storage area now it will sleep 2 very comfortably on the convertible dinette. It’s got a built in diesel stove and heater for the cool nights.

I hope to in coming years tour the coast some. Do the Bella Bella, Shearwater, Rivers Inlet region. All in time and need the right partner as my wife isn’t in to it. She’ll be coming on some weekenders on Cold Lake but not on a major trip out on the coast.

Looks like she just rolled out of the showroom!  Actually, I prefer the nice, sleek, clean look, I hope you keep decals & pin striping to a minimum. You're certainly justified in being proud of all the thought, planning and work you put into that project. Looking forward to hearing about how she performs.

That boat is beautiful Walleyes.

What are you going to name her? That should be fun. Get as many suggestions as possible.

Nice rig skipper. You would  make a good poster boy for what can be achieved with hard work and dedication. The cost line trip will be fantastic for sure.

Thx everyone, again as always there’s a standing invitation to all members if you ever find yourself out in the Cold lake area and I’m home and you want to try your hand at some Lake Trout fishing never hesitate to call and we’ll try and make it work.

Pretty shiny!  It cleaned up nice.
When you go into Bella Bella, do you launch at Port Hardy?
I was into Bella Coola last summer and that hill is a killer.
I think I see a rip in the social fabric, Brother can you spare some ammo?

We got it out for a spin today, everything worked great, no issues. Gets up and goes nicely with those twins on there. Gets in on plane in a snap.

Axe: I'm not sure which would be the best way to get in to Bella Bella, personally I think the best way to get in there would be to go to Hardy then scoot across. Like you say the road into Bella Coolla they say can get kind of nasty at times.

Good to hear that your having a successful shakedown with your boat.

Is there no ice on the lake right now? Especially towards the fish hatchery?

Bella Coola has quite the hill going into town.  They even sell hats proclaiming you drove the hill at the gas station at the bottom of the hill.

No ice on the lake that we could see. Still some piled up on the shore here and there but the water is clear.

wow she looks brand new.  That is one great looking rig.  Id love to have one of those some day for the coast.  When I retire, I would even consider taking her down to Cabo and spend the winter there.

Walleyes:

Has the "ship's dog" Gunnar checked out the new vessel?

Lol well he’s spent a lot of hours in the shop with me while I worked on it but no he hasn’t been for a cruise yet.

As much as I would love to take him along fishing we are apprehensive on getting him used to leaving the yard. He’s such a good dog that does not leave the property, he’s on patrol a lot on the boundaries but he knows his territory. I would hate to get him used to leaving or you know what it’s like, if they get used to coming along every time you go to leave they are chasing you or wanting to go. Hes been such a good dog I don’t want to screw it up.

That is totally understandable Walleyes.

You do not want to complicate things.

The crime going on in the countryside side is treated like a joke by our politicians.

It appears that crime can not be controlled in the cities either. Where the votes are.

Solution: Gun bans for the law abiding. June is when it will happen.
