Makes it easier to understand why these large fast food chains are losing market share to companies like 'Tim Hortons' or 'Subway' who make it fresh for you everytime.

Exactly- looking at the fat contents for some fast food can be pretty shocking too. The Baconator is over 60 grams of fat!!

I downloaded an app on my smartphone that tracks nutritional content of many differrent types of food.  I eat out quite a bit with my work and I have been trying to make healthier choices when I am out.  Its kind of scary when you see what is going on with these foods.   Always tell them to hold the sauce/dressing!!!!!LOL

What app are you using?  I'm on the road every week too. I do find that making healthy choices can be challenging!

I still remember the day when I got my Big Bacon Mushroom Melt from Wendys.  It had "COUNT IT", 1 mushroom slice in it.  I took it back and opened it up and dumped it on the customer counter and asked them to show me the mushrooms, while I pointed at the picture of the burger on their ad sign.  The guy at the counter looked stunned and muttered like he couldn't speak English.  Oh Ya, he couldn't speak English.   :(
