this site needs a logo to help advertise the site because ive been very impressed with this site i believe a logo of some sort belongs painted on the back of my kayak and stickers made to help promote this amazing site

We should Do A contest . Have one . Then see if we cant get fellow member Mooseknuckle to print up a few and sell them as this forums decal , sticker or whatever . I reckon that to be one hell of an idea .

I think Paul is on the right track with the stuff at the top I like the target and the provincial crest outline Thingy?

Great idea John if I have some extra time I'd like to try and do something up. The above is really nice but might need to be simplified slightly to make decals out of?

i mean just a decal with the Alberta emblem with maybe a cross in one corner a fish in the other and a big alberta sportsman forum centered in fancy lettering. that would look nice

X2 Agreed. If anyone has a drawing or a sketch I can digitize it and make some kick ass engraved decals out of 1/16" plastic or what I usually do is just put the magnetic backing on so it can be taken off easily.

I got nothing better to do today , looks like wind has won today to . But this evening hell or highwater im going fishing im starting to twitch . Ill see what I can come up with this afternoon .

Ok heres my entry for a logo . Very simple but I beleave everything this forum stands for . Its pretty neat at least I think so .

BBJ, it has 2 spelling errors. What did you do that in MS Paint? I mean there is definitely a concept there.

I am working on some stickers using the base province silhouette with some text. Put the target in the center over the province then wrap the text around the target.

Yeah my logo is pretty friggen awesome I must admit . And Built it myself .
