Cathy did have a reaction to her chemo, in that she became quite nauseous. She told her mother & I that it is not a big price to pay for her life!! Tough like boiled owl shat and determined to carry on with life. She will be in the Cross for some time yet, after which she will be required to return bi-weekly for checkups and probable further chemo.

Cathy is being released from the Cross to Wainwright hospital sometime this week. She obviously has responded well to treatment, and our family(Ma. myself, her bro., sister in law and neices & nephew) are so looking forward to it. Hopefully she will be her feisty self again!!!

We will be moving Cathy's furniture to her new apartment in Wainwright on the weekend. Her doctor will be giving her "day passes" shortly, so that she can be out of hospital for that period of time. Thank you all for your thoughts & prayers - something is finally working for us at this time!!!!

Cathy has been given "day passes" from hospital in Wainwright!!!! We will be moving her "stuff" to her new apartment, where, hopefully she will be able to look after herself, with the help of her brother, sister in law, neices, and nephew. Terry, if Jesse is on the furniture move from LLB to Wainwright, assure him that the old fat(well fed)man & son will take him out for a meal and wreck him in good fashion. Again, Marg, Catherine, and I thank you all for your good wishes & prayers!

Cathy got her radiology results back last Friday. The tumors in her breasts are gone!!!!! Our whole family is beside ourselves with the good news. She is living on her own in Wainwright where her neices help her as required. Independent lady, to say the least. Her employer has been on her ass to come back to work, as they have 3 people doing the job that she did. Her replacements cannot do the same job in the same amount of time, or with the accuracy required that she did on her own.
