Hey guys, just a heads up about these muffs and how the company will not stand behind them.

I've owned a pair for 1 year now and the head band broke in half as I was putting them on my head. They were out in my garage in the cold but still..... (cheap head bands)

Any who, I just called the company and explained my problem to them and they gave me the BIG LOW DOWN on how to put them on and take them off of my head. (Gheez Louise, now I know how to wear my ear muffs)

So I ask this young lady whom had just gave me a valuable lesson on ear muff wear if they were willing to send me out another head band and I would try this again. She didn't think so but she said she would check with her manager. Manager said warranty was expired after 90 days and there was nothing he could do. (Talk about standing behind your product eh!) Then the young lady said they could send me out another band for $15 plus 12.95 S/H.

Ok, lets say $30 tax in and I only paid $50 + for the muffs at Bass Pro. I told her that Tucker was my name and not sucker. I also asked her to thank her manager for standing behind this lovely product of theirs and I'll be sure to tell all my friends how pleased I am with Walker Power Muffs!

Thanks for the info.  Will keep that in mind.  We have dealt with some excellent companies with handling defective product,  and some not so good.  I think it's important to know who stands behind their products and who doesn't.
