It's a bit confusing for sure. I bought an angus "heifer" bull myself this spring. What I am sure he means is that he is selling a couple bulls used to breed heifers or young cows. They usually have a smaller birth weight, frame, etc. to make first-time birthings a little easier. It took me a few seconds to figure that out
