Wheres Axeman ??

Just wondering if anybody has heard from axe lately.. He was heading on their annual hunting trip a couple weeks ago but we haven't from them since.. Is he lurking and hiding or are they still out I wonder. Kind of wondering how they made out.

Last I heard Axe ran away with some young chick,could be a rumour tho..

I am here.  Was out for a week looking for an elk but no go. The old place that I could count on is now over run with hunters.  The word got out and it is done now.
The grazing lease that had restrictions to guys driving only in certain areas has been completely devastated by guys ignoring the signs and zero enforcement.
My tag is good until Dec 21 though so there is still hope when Nov ends and the madness settles down.

I was out for the weekend looking for a good whitetail buck but only saw some very average bucks and passed.

Ahh there you are.

Too bad about the elk hunt axe, hopefully you have better luck in the coming weeks. This seems to be happening in a few areas in the province these days.

Was surprised to see it wasn't all that bad around our area this fall, mind you I did stay away from public land on the weekends this year so that helped.

Only got out for one week and that was for cow elk and we hit the cold snap dead on.  No moose tag this year. 
Work really got in the way this year.
